JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Manager plans, monitors, and coordinates the development work of the project team and the resource allocation. Two types of projects will be involved:
- Commercial product development or solution construction projects and (2) government funded R&D projects. Typical tasks include:
- Planning the project main topics, milestones, deliverables, budget, etc. and preparing proposals, application or tendering packages and reports;
- Serving as contact person with customers or funding organizations;
Managing the workforce and other R&D resources to ensure the smooth progress and successful implementation of the proposal; - Coordinating external parties for collaborative R&D.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or above with science, engineering, project management or relevant background;
- Excellent writing, presentation, and logic thinking skills in both English and Chinese;
- Experienced on government funded project application and implementation is preferred;
- Well capable of understanding and describing technical content of an R&D project;
- Good ability to prioritize and plan while executing multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Well capable of efficient communication and management.
